Hi! I’m Rae. I live in Brooklyn with my boyfriend (a filmmaker) and our mini dachshund, Spaghetti—yes, really. I stumbled into the art world by accident, and I’ve been working in it for over 10 years now, falling more in love with beauty, objects, and strange little corners of culture every year.

I’m interested in beauty in all forms—art, architecture, food, fashion, language. I love to cook and eat. I’m taking a jewelry-making class right now that’s been unexpectedly meditative. I’ve lived in Miami, Paris, and Buenos Aires, but New York is the one I keep coming back to. It’s difficult, chaotic, and totally magnetic—just how I like my cities (and maybe my people).

I haven’t written anything creative in years, but this feels good. It feels necessary.
